All “ready to be made” (meaning not customizable) Orders are usually processed within 2-6 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Custom made orders processing times may vary, due to complixity of project, high order volume, and supply delays. Orders typically will be shipped within 2 weeks of purchase, but please feel free to reach out and ask current processing times.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, prices are just estimated. Official prices shown at checkout.
Jaws Customization ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, Canada, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Jaws Customization is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Jaws Customization is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Photo Proof is required, if no photo provided I can not help you.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
All sales are final, Jaws Customization does not offer any refunds or Returns on custom orders. Each order is designed, and handmade per each order. If you have an issue with your order, please send me a message so I can help you resolve it.
